Sourcing Women for Executive Positions

Thursday, June 21, 2007
1:00 PM EDT/10:00 AM PDT

Although there's been enormous progress in changing the look of executive corporate America, the presence of women in that status is still a faltering 16 percent in S&P 500 companies. Women of color are only a dim 15 percent. One hurdle to increasing the numbers at a greater rate is sparse candidates. Another is lack of qualified candidates. And still a third objection is that all of the qualified candidates are essentially the same people being picked over time and time again.

At this presentation you will learn:

  • Methods for finding pools of the qualified diverse talent today
  • Strategies for developing a pipeline of that talent over the long haul
  • Getting the thinking process started about the economic gains available by having diverse perspectives in your corporation
  • How to use ZoomInfo’s diversity tool effectively
